(2)A Court by which any person is convicted of an offence specified in the Fifth Schedule shall, whether or not an order of disqualification is made in respect of such conviction, endorse or cause to be endorsed particulars of such conviction on any [driving licence] [Substituted by Act 100 of 1956, section 16, for 'licence' (w.e.f. 16-2-1957).] held by the person convicted.
