Section 328(3) in The M.P. Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(3)If such person fails to show sufficient cause as aforesaid, the Commissioner may cause the street or building to be so altered or to be demolished or removed [land] [Substituted by M.P. Act No. 13 of 1961.] may recover the expenses thereof from the said person.
