Section 65(2) in The State Pharmacy Council Rules, 1951
(2)A non-official member should be allowed one and a half first class ticket, halting allowances and road mileage according to the rules applicable to first class Government officers. The halting allowances will be admissible for any day for which he is required to halt at a place which is not the place where his permanent residence is situated on the business of the Council or the Committee or Sub-Committee, etc.
