Section 37 in The West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences Act, 1995
37. New college or Faculty to be constituted as constituent college or Faculty.
- On and from the appointed day, no new college or Faculty imparting education in veterinary and animal sciences, fishery sciences, dairy technology and allied sciences shall be established except as a constituent college or Faculty of the University.
