Section 2(1) in Rules relating to registration of Pharmacists in the first register under Chapter IV of the said act 1968
(1)An application for registration in the First Register shall be made in Forms A, B, C or D given in the Appendix, duly filed in and signed, according as the qualification of the applicant comes under clauses (a), (b), (c) or (d) of section 31.
