Section 10(2) in The U.P. Village Forests Joint Management Rules, 1997
(2)All withdrawals from the Bank shall be made with the prior approval of the Village Committee and details of the amount withdrawn and the expenditure incurred shall be placed before the Village Committee in it's next meeting.
