Facts:
1. RTI application dated 4 July 2012 was submitted by the appellant before the CPIO, MCD, East Delhi Municipal Corporation to seek information regarding compliance of the order of the Additional Commissioner (education) dated 16 January 2012 vide which the information was be furnished to the appellant.
2. Vide CPIO order dated in July 2012, information was furnished to the appellant which did not satisfy him and he preferred appeal dated 23 July 2012 before the first appellate authority.
3. Matter was disposed of vide FAA order dated 16 August 2012 vide which appellant was informed that as per available records the CPIO had already supplied the relevant information to the appellant vide his letter of 18 July 2012.
4. Appellant preferred second appeal before the Commission.
5. Matter was heard today. Respondent as above appeared in person. Appellant did not appear.

6. I have heard the submissions of the respondent CPIO who has shown me a copy of the letter dated 18 July 2012 and other communications vide which information has been furnished to the appellant. No further action is required to be taken. Case is closed.
