Section 26(1) in Andhra Pradesh Farmers Management of Irrigation Systems Rules
(1)Every elector about whose identity the Polling Officer or the polling clerk, as the case may be, is satisfied, shall allow his left forefinger to be inspected by the Polling Officer or polling clerk and an indelible ink mark to be put on it.
