Section 15(4) in The Punjab Entertainments Duty Rules, 1956
(4)Until the ticket prescribed under rules 9, 10 11 and 12 are introduced, the procedure prescribed under rule 10 of the Punjab Entertainments Duty Rules, 1936 for the defacement and destruction of stamps shall continue to be followed.
