(2)There shall be paid to the Alagappa University out of the accumulations in the superannuation fund and other like funds, if any, of the [Madurai-Kama-raj University] [Substituted for the words 'Madurai-Kamaraj University or, of the Government' by Tamil Nadu Universities Laws (Amendment) Act 2002 (Tamil Nadu Act 45 of 2002).], such amounts as have been credited to the superannuation fund or other like funds, if any, on behalf of the persons referred to in [sub-section (2) of section 52-C] [Substituted for the words 'sub-sections Cl) and (2) of section 52-C' by Tamil Nadu Universities Laws (Amendment) Act 2002 (Tamil Nadu Act 45 of 2002.]. The amounts so paid shall form part of the superannuation fund or other like funds, if any, that may be established by the Alagappa University for the benefit of its employees.
