Section 14 in The West Bengal Evacuee Property Act, 1951
14. Officers of the Committee.
(1)In the exercise or discharge of its powers, duties and functions, the Committee may be assisted by such number of officers (hereinafter referred to as Administrative Officers) as may be appointed by the Committee with the approval of the State Government and by such other staff as may be appointed by the Committee.(2)An Administrative Officer shall, on appointment, furnish such security as may be fixed by the State Government.
