(1)Before any land or premises is inspected under Section 15 By any member, officer, or other employees of the Board reasonable notice (which shall in no case be less than twenty four hours) in such form as may be specified by the Board shall be given to the person who owns or is in possession of such land or premises.(2)Inspection of any land or premises under Section 15 be made after sunrise before sunset.Chapter - IX
