Section 34(1) in Haryana Municipal Building Bye-laws 1982
(1)Every roof shall be weather proof and fire resistant and in no case shall be built of mat, sirki, cloth grass of thatch or any other easily Inflammable materials and it shall be structurally safe against dead and live loads as prescribed in bye-law 28 above and prevailing wind pressure.
