Section 16(2) in The Uttar Pradesh State Sports University Act, 2021
(2)The Head Coaches shall assist the Vice-Chancellor and Director of the University in managing the academic and other training affairs of the University centre for high performance training and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed by the Statute or entrusted to them by the Vice-Chancellor and the Director.
