Section 1 in Tamil Nadu Handloom and Handloom Silk Weaving Workers Social Security and Welfare Scheme, 2006
1. Short title, extent, application and commencement.
(1)This Scheme may be called the Tamil Nadu Handloom and Handloom Silk Weaving Workers Social Security and Welfare Scheme, 2006.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Tamil Nadu.(3)It shall apply to all manual workers engaged in Handloom and Handloom silk weaving.(4)It shall come into force on the 1st September 2006.
