the respondent No.4/ Sate.

Taking into account the nature of order which this court proposes to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to respondents No. 1 to 3.

In this petition, the petitioners inter alia seeks a direction to the Commissioner, Chambal Division, Morena to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner which is pending before him since 01.12.2015.

When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of with direction to Commissioner, Chambal Division, Morena to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner within a stipulated time limit.

On the other hand, learned panel lawyer for the State submits that the appeal preferred by the petitioner shall be dealt with in accordance with law.

In view of aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and as agreed to by them, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to Commissioner, Chambal Division, Morena to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner by a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. Needless to state that the 2 WP.3641/2016 Bhajan Lal & Ors. Vs. State of M.P. & Ors.

Commissioner shall afford an opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties including the petitioners. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
