Section 54(2) in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012
(2)Nothing in sub-rule (1) shall be taken as excluding or restricting any rights conferred by any law for the time being in force-(a)on the Central Government or a State Government or any authority or officer of such Government,(b)on any person acting under the authority of any such Government or of any such authority or officer.
