Section 18(1) in THE UTTAR PRADESH EXCISE TECHNICAL SERVICE RULES, 2021
(1)Subject to the provisions of sub-rule (2) a probationer shall be confirmed in his appointment at the end of the period of probation or the extendedperiod of probation if-(a)his work and conduct are reported to be satisfactory.(b)his integrity is certified.(c)the appointing authority is satisfied that he is otherwise fit for confirmation.
