Section 24 in Andhra Pradesh Water, Land and Trees Act, 2002
24. Ceiling on water usage.
(1)The designated officer may prescribe ceiling, on water usage per unit of production by any industry or commercial unit.(2)The Authority may levy cess or surcharge on the water used for production activities.
