Section 28(28) in Jammu and Kashmir State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Mini Grid Renewable Energy Generation and Supply) Regulations, 2016
28.2The Commission may, if necessary, devise additional mechanism for compliance of the provisions of these Regulations in consultation with the stakeholders, through an order of the Commission.
