Section 81(1) in Tamil Nadu Non-Trading Companies Rules, 1981
(1)All moneys received by the official liquidator which under the Act are required to be paid into the Public Account of India shall be paid into the Reserve Bank of India to the credit of the account referred to in rule 80 under the head of account prescribed by the Government.
