(4)Not less than [half] [Substituted by M.P. Act No. 18 of 2007 (w.e.f. 4-7-2007).] of the total number of seats reserved under sub-section (3) shall be reserved for women belonging to the Scheduled Castes or, the Schedule Tribes, or other Backward Classes, as the case may be.
