Section 34(4) in The Rajasthan Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 1963
(4)Subject to the provisions of sub-rules (2) and (3) the provisions of Rule 32 shall so far as may, apply to the election of a Chairman or Vice-Chairman under sub-rule (2) or (3) as the case may be.
