Section 1 in U.P. Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2018
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Uttar Pradesh Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2018.(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Gazette.
