(6)The licensee will provide the security seals in the meter box cover and the current transformer chamber after testing the meter. The seals on the terminal cover of meter (Low Tension and High Tension), test-block, metering set, meter box, cutouts, air-break switch and gate and other seals as desired by the licensee will be provided at site in the presence of the consumer or his representative, who shall satisfy himself that all the seals including the security seals are intact and the [meter] [Substituted for 'meter disc' by Commission's Notification No.TNERC/SC/7-4 dated 25.5.2007, w.e.f. 13.6.2007.] is functional. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure that the seals are not damaged or tampered with.
