22. Right to clearances under TS-bPASS.
(1)Provision of “Right to Clearances under TS-bPASS” system to the applicant to know the reasons for delay and to cause the imposition of penalties to the designated officers of the competent authority.(2)The State Government may, by notification, create a “Grievance Redressal Mechanism” to effectively deal with the grievances that may be filed by applicants under the TS- bPASS process.
