Section 14(1) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha Adhiniyam, 1962
(1)The State Government may communicate to the Board its views on any work done or conducted by the Board or in respect of any matter with which the Board is concerned and the Board shall thereupon report to the State Government the action taken or proposed to be taken by it in regard thereto.
