Section 5(1) in The Punjab Health Systems Corporation Act, 1996
(1)The Managing Director shall be the Executive Officer of the Corporation and he shall implement the decisions of the Board of Directors and shall exercise such other powers and perform such other functions, as may be delegated to him from time to time by the Board of Directors.
