(1)An employer may authorise a recruiting agent in India, registered under the provisions of the Act, by a power of attorney executed in favour of the recruiting agent authorising that recruiting agent for the purposes of the recruitment of persons on his behalf.(2)The power of attorney referred to under sub-rule (1) shall be valid for the period of the employment contract of the recruited worker even if the certificate of registration of such recruiting agent ceases to be valid before that period.]
