Section 364(2)(a) in The U.P. Co-operative Societies Rules, 1968

(a)No co-operative society shall weed out any title deeds, deeds of agreement or contract, any vouchers, books of accounts or any other records which may be required for purposes of audit, inspection or enquiry.
