Section 18(3)(e) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Labourers-Farmers (Social Security and Welfare) Scheme, 2006

(e)The Special Tahsildar (Social Security Scheme) shall sanction the relief or assistance to the registered member or his nominee, as the case may be, in respect of accidents specified in sub-clauses (c) and (d) above respectively.
