Section 42(1) in The Rajasthan Molasses Rules, 1985
(1)The Excise Commissioner may appoint such supervisory staff as in his opinion is necessary for the proper supervision of all arrangements and operations connected with the receipt, storage, issue, removal and use of molasses.
