This petition has been filed seeking transfer of I.D.O.P No.12 of 2018, titled as “C. Mohan vs. C. Victoria Mohan” from the Court of District & Sessions Judge at Thiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu to the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Secunderabad, State of Telangana.

None appears on behalf of the respondent. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and having perused the material placed on record and considering the fact that there is no opposition on behalf of the respondent, I deem it appropriate to transfer the case from Court of District & Sessions Judge at Thiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu to the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Secunderabad, State of Telangana.
