Section 27 in The Bengal State Aid To Industries Act, 1931
27. Fees.
- The [State Government] [Words 'Provincial Government' first substituted for the words 'Local Government' by Government of India (Adaptation of Indian Laws) Order, 1937, and thereafter, the word 'State' substituted for the word 'Provincial' by Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] may charge respect of applications, inquiries, inspections and audit by whomsoever made under this Act, such fees, if any, as may be prescribed.
