(a)The Secretary shall prepare the budget of the wakfs whose mutwallis fail to submit their budgets, subject to such restrictions as may be imposed by the Board.(b)The Secretary shall prepare the budget of the wakfs directly administered by the Board and submit the same to the Financial Committee, or the Board.
