Despite last opportunity granted to the Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to file counter affidavit but the same has not been filed.

The Ld. Counsel, Mr Yashpal Rangi appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2 submits that counter affidavit already filed in the connected SLP(C) no. 1980/2014 may be adopted as the counter affidavit in the instant matter. Permission as sought for is granted.
