Section 29 in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Act, 2008
29. Restriction on holding of members.
- No member of a registered cooperative society, other than the State Government or another registered society, shall have or claim any interest in the capital of a registered society exceeding one-fifth of the total capital or such smaller proportion as may be prescribed by the Rules.
