Section 15 in The Airports Authority Of India Act, 1994
15. Licenses, etc., to be deemed to have been granted to the Authority .-With effect from the appointed day, all licenses, permits, quotas and exemptions, granted to the International Airports Authority or the National Airports Authority in connection with the affairs and business of the International Airports Authority, or as the case may be, the National Airports Authority, under any law for the time being in force, shall be deemed to have been granted to the Authority in which the undertakings of the International Airports Authority and the National Airports Authority have vested by virtue of this Act.
