JUSTICE ASHOK KUMAR GAUR Order 15/12/2020 These criminal miscellaneous petitions have been filed for seeking prayer to direct the investigation of FIR No.236/2019 dated 22nd February, 2019 as well as FIR No. 241/2019 dated 23rd February, 2019, pending with Police Station Sanganer, Jaipur East, to be transferred and to be done by CID(CB).

Alternatively, the petitioner has prayed that in both the cases, investigation may be done in a fair and impartial manner by a higher ranking police official in the supervision of the Director General of Police.

Learned counsel for both the parties informed this Court that during pendency of the present two petitions, investigation in both (Downloaded on 17/12/2020 at 09:38:17 PM) (3 of 3) the aforesaid FIRs has been transferred to the Additional Commissioner of Police (ACP East), Jaipur and as such, these two petitions do not require any adjudication on merit, as prayer of the petitioner has partly been accepted by the official respondents.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present criminal miscellaneous petitions do not require any adjudication and the same are dismissed, as rendered infructuous.

A copy of this order be separately placed in the connected file.
