16. Establishment and Procedure of Appellate Tribunal.
- The Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi shall, by notification in the official Gazettte, constitute for each District one Appellate Tribunal as may be specified in the notification to hear the appeal against the order of Tribunal under section 15 (1) of the Act.
