2. Definitions.
- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires -(a)"Act" means the Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007 (37 of 2007);(b)"Committee" means the selection committee constituted under rule 3;(c)the words and expressions used in these rules and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
