(1)Where the Sate Government, after such inquiry as it may deem necessary, is satisfied that Patanjali Yog Peeth (Trust), Delhi camp office at Kripalu Bagh Ashram, Kankhal, Haridwar [Uttarakhand] [Substituted by section 2 of Uttarakhand Act No. 04 of 2010.] has fulfilled the conditions specified in sub- section (2) of Section 3, it may direct the Patanjalii Yog Peeth (Trust) to establish an Endowment Fund.
