(z)"teacher" means a Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor or any other person required to impart education or guide research or render guidance in any other form to the students for pursuing a course or programme of study of the university;] [Amended vide Haryana Act No. 16 of 2012, assented to by the Governor of Haryana on 16th April 2012, published in the Haryana Gazette on 10th May 2012.](za)"university" means a university incorporated by law in India; and(zb)"University Grants Commission" means the University Grants Commission, established under the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 (Central Act 3 of 1956).
