5 29-10-2018List this matter on 29th November, 2018 maintaining its position.
I.A. No. 8350 of 2018 is disposed off, accordingly. The second supplementary show cause filed on behalf of O.P. Nos. 3 to 6 shall be considered when the undertaking given by the Vice-Chancellor and the Registrar of the University who are present today in person saying that the order of Patna High Court MJC No.38 of 2016 (5) dt.29-10-2018 5 the learned writ Court shall stand fully complied with by next date, will be shown to have been abide by and the supplementary show cause to that effect would be placed on record.
On filing of such affidavit showing compliance of the order of the learned writ Court in its terms and spirit, the personal appearance of the Vice-Chancellor and the Registrar of the University shall remain dispensed with.
