1. We are informed by Mr. Sanjoy Ghose, ld. Additional Standing Counsel for the Government of NCT of Delhi that an amount of Rs.16,97,15,093/- has been deposited in this court.
2. The petitioners make a grievance with regard to the calculation based thereon.
3. Mr. Chandrakant Goel, Associate Vice President of Delhi Multi Modal Transit System is present in court in order to explain the basis of the said deposit.
4. Let ld. counsels for the petitioners interact with Mr. Chandrakant Goel in the court premises to enable resolution of the differences.
