Section 13 in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Election) Rules, 2000
13. Appointment of returning officer.
- For every constituency for every election to fill seat or seats in the marketing committees, the Director shall designate or nominate a returning officer who shall be an officer of the government.Provided that nothing in this rule shall prevent the Director from designating or nominating the same person to be returning officer for more than one constituency.
