(1)Without prejudice to the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 21 in regard to the fencing of machines, the further precautions specified in the Schedules annexed hereto shall apply to the machines noted in each Schedule.This rule shall come into force, in respect of any class or description of factories, where machines noted in the said Schedules are in use on such dates as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf.[Schedule 1] [Amended by G.O.
