Whoever in any street or public place or place of public traffic or in a place within sight of any street or public place, and in such manner as to be seen from there, whether or not such place is an inner portion of a dwelling house, or building, wilfully and indecently exposes his person, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to eight days or with fine which may extend to fifty rupees.
