(2)Whoever, after having been convicted of an offence under sub-section (1), continues to contravene the said provisions in section 35 shall, on conviction be punishable, for each day after the previous date of conviction during which he continues so to, with fine which shall not be less than one hundred rupees and not more than two hundred rupees.
