Section 2(68) in The Chandernagore Municipal Corporation Act, 1990
(68)"street" includes any way, road, land, square, Court, allay, gully, passage, whether a thorough-fare or not and whether built upon or not, over which the public have a right of way and also the roadway or footway over any bridge or causeway;
